Nonrefundable Registration fee: $25 per child, due at registration
Nonrefundable Supply fee: $100 per child, due at registration
Non refundable Hogosha kai (PTA) fee: $20 per child, due at registration
School T-shirt: $15 per child (please specify size)
Tuition may be paid by check, payable to Manoa Japanese Language School. A $25 fee will be applied to your account for returned checks or for payments received after the 1ST DAY of the month. Please complete registration form and submit it with payment for the first month’s tuition, plus fees, before your child’s first day of school. Make-ups or refunds will not be granted for any reason.
It is imperative that your child report to the MJLS Chaperones at the designated pick up sites within 15 minutes after the end of school. PLEASE NOTIFY THE MJLS OFFICE IN ADVANCE IF YOUR CHILD WILL NOT WALK WITH THE CHAPERONES. IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT AT THE PICK UP SITE WITHIN 15 MINUTES AFTER THE END OF SCHOOL, YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILD’S WHEREABOUTS. Please note that Manoa Japanese Language School does not take any responsibility if your child does not show up at the meeting place after school.

Pick-up meet time : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2:20 pm, Wednesday 1:35 pm.
Classes are held everyday, Monday through Friday afternoons and are aligned with the public school calendar:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3:10 pm. to 4:30 pm.
Wednesday 2:15 pm. to 4:30 pm (Including Japanese calligraphy class)
MJLS will be closed during the public school's calendar. fall, winter, spring and summer breaks. in addition, all Federal & State holidays are observed. Child care after Japanese class is from 4:30 pm. to 5:30 pm.
Drop offs and pick ups will only be from the MJLS Parking Lot, accessible from Anuenue Street, in back of the school. Please contact the office if you are unable to pick up your child at 5:30pm. A $5 late fee will be assessed for each minute after 5:30pm.
